It’s a long road to the top.
Providing years of exceptional services, Leinbach Services President, James Leinbach, and his wife Teri, Secretary Treasurer of Leinbach Services, have the exceptional business experience to run a well-known building maintenance services corporation.
Experience
Teri and Jim began their successful business careers in 1978. Jim held the position of Store Manager and Teri as Supervisor of a Galesburg, IL, McDonald’s restaurant where in 1984, it was awarded “Outstanding Store.” Jim was one of 10% receiving the award of “Outstanding Store Manager” of more than 12,000 managers in 1985.
Changing avenues from food service to the furniture sales industry, Jim traveled nationally executing high impact liquidation sales for eight years.
Before leaving the liquidation sales business, Teri and Jim started what is now the successful business, Leinbach Services. In November 1994, a professional janitorial business was started out of the trunk of a two door, Delta 88 Oldsmobile with a mop, bucket and vacuum cleaner. Now, Leinbach Services offers professional handyman, HVAC, electrical and plumbing services.
Majority owner of Leinbach Services, Teri, also manages a Country Décor booth in Kingsport and works with Country at Heart in Johnson City.
